When Will I Be Charged?
Your credit card will be charged the day your package is shipped, approximately nine days before your period starts.

You may cancel your order prior to shipment; however, due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted once an order has been shipped.

Yes, all subscriptions are customized to your unique period needs. Just complete the period quiz to let us know what you want and we will create a personalized box for you.
When setting up your account, be sure to tell us when you expect your next cycle to start and how long your cycle usually lasts. We use this information to determine when to ship your package.
It is our goal for your package to arrive one week before your period. However, we understand that sometimes “Mother Nature’s Gift” arrives early or late, should this happen, please let us know and update your account so that we can sync our cycles.
Log into your account and select the “Cycle” tab. All the information you need is right on that page!
Each month, you will receive your preferred sanitary products along with additional products to address your unique period needs. From cravings to pain management to pampering and lifestyle, we take the stress out of PMS!
We will send you a beautifully wrapped gift box which includes your preference of products. You can choose to receive only the sanitary package or you can choose to include goodies and additional lady products with your subscription.
You can choose to receive the same products each month, or we can surprise you with different products each month. It’s all up to you!
